Pre-registration is available (and encouraged!) for all autocrosses. Pre-registration is not required (except for the Cone Killer Classic), so you can also register on-site on the day of the event. For questions about pre-registration with MyAutoEvents.com, contact the Registrar. Pre-registration for regular events closes at the end of the day on the Wednesday before the event. The Cone Killer Classic pre-registration closes at the end of the day on July 3rd, 2008. Pre-registering means you don't need to wait in the line at the registration table on the day of the event - you still need to check in with the registrars, but you can simply jump to the front of the line (with your driver’s license and SCCA membership card available) to do so (since check-in only takes a second). If you pre-register for all of the 2008 Solo Summer Series events, both days of the Test & Tune will be provided free (you still need to be a CPR member to run the Saturday Test & Tune event). That's a $50 savings for CPR members! To pre-register for the whole season, you don't need to individually sign up for each individual event on MyAutoEvents.com, simply contact the Registar. The fees for the entire 2008 CPR-SCCA Summer Series are $245 (SCCA members) or $335 (for the new SCCA weekend membership). You may also pre-pay in cash or check at any of our meetings (see the front page for the club meeting information), or events, or contact the Registrar for other payment options. If you would prefer to mail a check, please contact the Registar and make sure that you include with payment your name and the following information about the vehicle you'll be registering: year, make, model, color, run class and index class (if any). You can change your vehicle at any time. You are not required to register in the same class or with the same vehicle for the entire season. Competing for the first time ever? If you've never autocrossed before, you will receive a $5.00 discount off of your first autocross fee. Please tell the Registrar that this is your first time when you arrive at the event. |
